Join the Team for 2025

The 2025 Melbourne Guitar Show will be an unmissable event, bringing Australia’s largest showcase of guitars, guitar products and guitar playing to a new home, new layout, new ideas and a new program.

We are now seeking team members for various individual and shared roles to help us make this the best show yet.  
We are looking for people to fill the following skill sets: 
 
Forklift Driver – Required for 4 hours on Friday 28 Feb and 4 hours on Sunday 2 March. *This role will ideally be combined with any of the following.
 
Production Assistant – Assisting the Production Manager and Audio/Stage teams to ensure smooth operations during the Bump In/Out process, and the shows opening hours. Experience preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills essential. 
 
Artist Liaison – Greeting and escorting performers around the show before and after their performances. 
 
Stage Manager – Overseeing all aspects of the Performance Stage. Experience preferred. 
 
Ticketing Staff – Greeting all patrons, scanning passes and selling door tickets. Experience not essential. 
 
General Assistants and Concierge Staff – Attending various stations around the show to assist patrons, exhibitors and the production team as required. Experience not essential. 

 

Remuneration will be based on skills and responsibilities of each role according to the Live Performance Award.
