Australian Musician followers will know of classical and electric guitar virtuoso Matthew Fagan through the many interviews, video performances and advice clips he has done with us. Matthew’s current show is called Star Show – A Rock & Classical Journey Through The Universe, which played to a packed house at the Deakin Edge at Federation Square on the weekend.

Star Show – A Rock & Classical Journey Through The Universe is a sound and visual spectacular, featuring Matthew and band with a strings section, performing the music of Pink Floyd, Holst, War of the Worlds, ELO, Queen, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Alan Parsons, original compositions and more. It also features Perry Vlahos, one of the world’s experts in the night sky. Perry gave an illustrated indoor talk before the show, debunked myths and during the music performance projected the stars live, taking the audience on a journey through the cosmos, using an interactive night sky viewing program.
