There are several steps required in order to register as an Exhibitor at the Melbourne Showgrounds and have all your staff complete the required Site Induction.
We understand this process may feel cumbersome, but it is a necessary part of the show.
Step One: Contractor/Exhibitor Registration.
To be completed by the main person managing your stand. There are two options here, depending on whether your company has exhibited at the Melbourne Showgrounds before.
Option One: New Company Registration:
If your organisation has never completed the Melbourne Showgrounds site induction, please use this link to our contractor management system for your staff and contractors/exhibitors to complete their site inductions here: Contractor Registration
Option Two: Existing Company Registrations:
If your organisation has worked or exhibited at the Melbourne Showgrounds previously, you will not need to complete a new registration.

If you need access to your account or have forgotten your login details, please contact the Showgrounds OH&S Manager Mark Rippingale directly on 0419 475 882 or mark.rippingale@melbourneroyal.com.au and they will reset this for you.
Step Two: Exhibitor Staff Site Inductions
Once you, or the main person for your company has completed the registration and their induction process, a link will be emailed through directly from the Showgrounds team.
This is the link you will need to forward to all staff that will be working at the show, as it allows them to complete the shorter site induction process.
Please note: Exhibitor passes are not able to be issued without completion of the site induction.

Exhibitor Passes are generated on completion of Site Induction. A physical pass will be issued on arrival at the Showgrounds during Bump In.
If you arrive prior to 12pm your passes will be at Gate 2 on entry. If you arrive after midday you will need to make yourself known to the Front Desk before entering the show pavilion.
Exhibitor Passes must be worn at all times while on the show premises.
If you have staff needing to collect their exhibitor passes on Saturday or Sunday, please leave their passes with the Front Desk Staff.
