Please contact Shannon as soon as possible to discuss your Load in and storage requirements. 

Forklifts

A forklift will be available on site from 8am Friday. If you require a forklift please advise Shannon of your approximate number of pallets and discuss timing when confirming your load in requirements. 

There is no forklift access inside the building.

Pallet Jacks

3 pallet Jacks will be available from 8am Friday. If your company owns a pallet jack we recommend bringing it along. 

Please note Pallet Jacks are not allowed in the Port Philip or Rustlers Rooms.

Deliveries

Deliveries not requiring forklifts may be made to the showgrounds on Thursday 27/2/25. This must be by prior arrangement with Shannon as the showgrounds staff are unable to sign for deliveries at any time. 

Deliveries requiring forklifts must arrive on Friday 28/2/25, again by prior arrangement with Shannon.  

All stock must have left the showgrounds premises by 2200. If full collection of your stock is not possible by that time please discuss this with Shannon ASAP.
